What is Vendora?

Vendora is Kuwait's curated marketplace for local Kuwaiti fashion brands. Every brand you find here is based in Kuwait — so when you shop on Vendora, you're supporting local.

Are all products made in Kuwait?

Yes. We only accept Kuwaiti brands — no international resellers, no grey-market products.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

If it's visible on the site, it's available. Vendors are required to update listings immediately when something sells out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept KNET, Apple Pay, and major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) through a secure checkout.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Kuwait: 1–3 business days
GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman): 3–7 business days
Worldwide: 7–14 business days

Who handles delivery?

Vendora arranges all delivery. We pick up from the vendor and deliver to your door — you don't need to contact the brand directly.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — free delivery is available above a minimum order value, shown at checkout.

Do I pay customs on international orders?

International customers are responsible for any customs duties charged by their country.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping?

Vendora pays if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You pay if you changed your mind.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take an additional 3–7 days.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we'll issue a full refund.
