Vendora handles all delivery from our brands to your door. You never need to contact the vendor directly — we take care of everything.
How It Works
Once you place an order, the vendor prepares it within 24 hours. Vendora then picks up directly from the vendor and delivers to you. Simple.

Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders above a minimum value. The threshold for your region will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
You will receive updates on your order status via email or WhatsApp. If you have any questions about your delivery, contact us at info@vendorakw.com or via WhatsApp and we’ll check on it immediately.
International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside Kuwait, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by local authorities upon arrival.
Delays
While we always aim for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. We’ll always keep you informed if your order is delayed.
